30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition of Item: For health and safety reasons, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. Products with broken or missing tamper-evident seals are strictly non-refundable.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved. Please email support@lunalahealth.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be processed or refunded.


    Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

    **1. Cancel Anytime (Zero Commitment)**
    You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time with absolutely no commitment or cancellation fees. You are always in full control of your automatic refills.

    **2. How to Cancel**
    To cancel your subscription, you can either:
    * Log in to your Customer Account Portal on our website and click "Manage Subscription" to cancel instantly.
    * Email our dedicated customer service team at support@lunalahealth.com with your subscription details, and we will process the cancellation for you within 24 hours.

    **3. Cancellation Cut-off Time**
    To avoid being charged for your next scheduled billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least **48 hours** before your next automatic renewal/shipment date. 

    **4. Subscription Refunds**
    Once an automatic renewal order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit and is subject to our standard return policy. To be eligible for a refund on a shipped subscription order, the product must be returned to us unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations processed after an item has entered the shipping process will take effect starting from the subsequent month's billing cycle.
